Nodal Officers of CPSEs responsible for intimating changes in Board of their respective CPSEs

Department of Public Enterprises has taken the initiative to build and maintain a database of Directors of CPSEs. In this regard, all CPSEs were requested to designate a nodal officer (preferably Company Secretary) responsible for intimating DPE of any changes in the Board incumbency position of their respective CPSEs.

The details of nodal officers designated by various CPSEs so far are enclosed. The CPSEs who have not nominated their nodal officers are requested to do the same without any further delay so that the details of their nodal officer could be included in the DPE web-site.

Any factual inaccuracy in the list of nodal officers may also be intimated to DPE at mgmt-dpe@nic.in.
