Dear sir ,
I want to get information about the following point which are given below.
1. Guideline and method (issued by DPE) by which public enterprise categorized the employees in worker, supervisor and executive grade as like in CDA pattern center government and how much category can be formed by any PSU.
2. Are the employees those join after and on 01.01.2007 in any IDA base PSU eligible to get fitment benefit or any other special condition by which get fitment benefit.

To BHEL Corporate office , New Delhi
Kindly provide following information as per BHEL HR policy-
I submit my original notice letter on x date and mail scanned copy of original notice letter to controlling officer and HR Dept mentioning that i am giving notice period of one month starting from x date. I submit an annexure to original letter to HR Department on y date and mail scanned copy mentioning that remaining two month notice period to be adjusted with balance earned leaves and previous month salary. My controlling officer mail to HR Department regarding forwarding of notice letter to HR Department after y date. I submit my final notice letter for immediate resignation on z date. 1) Please clarify which date shall be considered as start date for my notice period. 2) Please clarify if notice of resignation given by mail to HR Dept with intimation to controlling officer valid or not as per BHEL policy (copy required for this point). 3) What is time period in which final settlement has to be done on account of notice period after resignation.

Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) for financial quarter Oct-Dec of FY 2014-15 has been calculated as per AICPI - IW (June- 246, July-252, August-253 & average 250.33 and link point 126.33 as on 01.01.2007) by DPE and released vide letter No. W-02/0002/2014-DPE (WC) GL-XIX/14 dated 09 October 2014 (same is uploaded herewith for ready reference). As per this letter IDA is 98.1% which comes 98.155624% on calculation and on rounding off it comes 98.2% instead of 98.1% which may be rectified.
Please verify at your end and do the necessary correction(s), if required.
